Returns and Refunds

We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving the item to request a return.

In order to be returned, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. IS A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@cantinagiacomocosta.it. Returns must be sent to the following address: Via Cavour 13 - 12050 Castagnito (CN) - Italy.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received a wrong item so that we can evaluate the problem and remedy it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), personalized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.


You change
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in question and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


14 day cooling off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. IS A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


Refund
Once the return has been received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will be automatically made to the original payment method within 10 business days. IS Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and publish your refund.
